Postage & Shipping

All Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Postage Rates:

For orders under $150.00 within Australia – $10.00 Express postage flat rate.

For orders over $150.00 within Australia – FREE POSTAGE.

International orders – $18.00 (under 500g)

**Some exclusions may apply for heavy items such as candles. Any extra postage will be applied at the checkout.

Orders will be sent within 2-3 business days unless the order is placed on a Friday and there is a WA public Holiday on the Monday.

All orders are tracked and you will be provided with your tracking number as soon as your order has been processed.

Click and collect is available for local customers.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any delays once your order has been sent.  Please contact us immediately if your order does not arrive.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with Sociologie! We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however in the event that you need to return an item please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us via e-mail within 7 days stating the reason for the return.
2. We will issue you with a RA# (Return Authorisation Number).
3. Send the item back to us within 14 days (return postage will be at the expense of the customer) with the RA# clearly stated to:

4. We will issue you with a credit note valid for 12 months.
5. The item must be returned in original condition with the tags attached.
6. If an item is deemed to be faulty – we will issue a full refund on the item.
7. Sale items are not permitted to be returned.
